Sales Process Specialist (Remote) Requisition ID: 24087 Job Location(s): Ames, IA, US Job DescriptionThe role of the Sales Process Specialist EMEA is to provide administrative, technical and quality support to the sales organization for specific tools and processes used in the in the areas of Customer Touchpoint Team(CTT), such as CRM, CLM (Customer Contract Lifecycle Management) and other relevant customer focused solutions. The Sales Process Specialist will provide user training and troubleshooting support for the above mentioned SandM tools and processesThe Sales Process Specialist will also participate in projects and activities in the CTT organization to support deployment and implementation of procedures, practices and policies to achieve effective and efficient and responsive customer service. Results will support company safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.Job ResponsibilitiesCRM System Administrator (Salesforce) to provide administration and guidance to usersProvide user support by being first level support for questions and issuesInvestigate and resolve user issues; engage the appropriate support to resolve the problem (Sales, Business Unit, IT, Marketing, etc.)Create, modify and troubleshoot reports and dashboardsCreate, modify, and troubleshoot forms, workflows, etcProvide user training to all of our CRM users throughout the organizationCreate and facilitate training for Sales and Marketing employeesProvide new employee training on Sales and Marketing processes and systemsIdentify and provide training for the Sales and Marketing organization on new features or processes related to Sales and Marketing CRM applicationsIn close cooperation with the SandM Quality Leader implement processes, audit plans and support activities and projects to sustain and improve data quality for this areaParticipate as project team member and subject matter expert during the development and implementation of new functions, processes and improvements for this areaContracts specialist with detailed knowledge of all Standard Works, Process Documents, and Corporate Standards for this areaAnswer questions related to process and policySupport Sales Manager to fill in Negotiation PlanInspect all contract requests prior to submission for completeness of information and Stakeholder ReviewMonitor pending approvals and ensure they are done on timeResolve issues with rejected approvalsFacilitate the expiring contracts processWork with Process Owner on improvements to the processProvide support to the SandM Quality Leader and process owners, working with process improvements, project and problem solving in scope of the BCC Quality Management SystemBackground and Skills3-5 years in a sales and marketing, IT or other applicable business environment with high quality focus and process improvement mindset, preferably with high customer contactDPS business / target markets understandingsExperience in leading training sessionsParticipation in change initiatives and/or bigger projects is a plusExcellent listening and communication skillsExperience of administration of a CRM system, and whilst it would be an advantage if this experience includes salesforce.com or Siebel(Oracle)Hands on experience within a global process/IT tool implementation project and general experience interacting in a global, diverse business would be usefulDanfoss - Engineering TomorrowAt Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
