This position will help support and define data mapping between the Facilities Asset Management Information System (FAMIS 360) and other university systems. May assist other systems analysts in conducting a variety of software development tasks including program design, program coding, debugging, and documentation for software/systems and application programs. In addition, this position will modify, maintain, troubleshoot, and support existing software; perform bulk uploads using FAMIS360 Bulk upload tool; and prepare and write system reports using COGNOS Analytics. The Systems Analyst II will maintain historical data records and document system design processes and changes to FAMIS 360. This position will work with Accounting staff to identify the appropriate course of action to correct discrepancies for journal entries and billing transactions. Will coordinate with the Facilities, HR, Accounting, and IT teams to maintain/problem solve integration errors and process. This position will also serve as the backup point of contact to the System Administrator for all FAMIS 360 related questions, support issues, and requirements.The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and will have the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple ongoing tasks concurrently to ensure immediate deadlines are met.
