Overview:The Radiology Tech Specialist in conjunction with other team members provides direct specialized care to patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab. This position operates and maintains specialized cardiac catheterization equipment for use in diagnosing and treating heart disease in the Cath Lab. This position assists vascular surgeons and cardiologists in procedures by scrubbing, monitoring, and circulation duties. Must be able to arrive within 30 minutes of call-in when on a call shift.Must own a telecom device capable of receiving call-in page.Qualifications:Education: Graduate of an approved Radiology Technologist ProgramCertifications/License: Current Iowa License to PracticeACLS (within 6 months of hire)Experience: New Grads to Experienced Radiology Technologists
