Epic(outpatient)Level 2 traumaInpatient coverage demographics:
pediatric consults in the EDs, inpatient unit has 4 adolescent beds
for 12 yrs and older.Outpatient coverage demographics: ages 4 and
older.Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2 monthsIA licensed, DEA
and COVID vaccine required
