Job Description BEST Crowd Management, a GardaWorld Company , is searching for professional, service-focused individuals for Guest Services, Event Security, and Parking positions for upcoming concerts and large-scale events at Iowa State University \n Perks of Working With BEST: \n \n $12/hour \n Weekly pay \n Paid by Direct Deposit or Pay Card \n Free Parking \n Flexible scheduling that fits around your life \n Opportunities to win team merchandise \n Advancement opportunities available \n Be part of the largest events in your community \n Have the ability to work events at the Hilton Coliseum and the Ag Center \n \n Responsibilities: \n \n This position is the front line ambassador to Iowa State University \n Create a premier experience for guests \n Greet guests as they enter and leave the event \n Support guests with wayfinding through the facility \n Ensure a family-friendly environment \n Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, team officials, players, and other individuals associated with the event \n Report issues to your supervisor as you observe them \n \n Basic Qualifications: \n \n Consent to background check and drug screen \n Thrive in a fast-paced environment \n Have strong, clear communication skills \n You currently possess or are willing to obtain a security license \n Team player, quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly \n Ability to stand for extended periods, sometimes throughout an entire event (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and you are comfortable working outside in all weather conditions \n \n BEST is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
