200-7647Position Summary: The Administrator (licensed) is
responsible for the management and coordination of care and
oversight of other department personnel to ensure compliance with
regulatory and company standards.Required Experience for Wellness
Administrator:
- RN required
- Previous Healthcare, Geriatrics or experience working with the
elderly population preferred
- 4 years leadership experience
- Ability to obtain CPR/First-Aid Certification with thirty (30)
days of hire Accountabilities for Wellness Administrator:
- Lead, manage, and overall accountability for your team and
their performance.
- Fosters an environment that is consistent with leading to our

- 1440 care for residents: Understanding and leading our 1440
care standards so you and your team ensure that each resident and
each family has their needs met.
- Responsible communication with families: Communicating messages
tactfully and timely with resident's families and ensuring the
message has been received and correctly understood.Other Key
Responsibilities for Wellness Administrator:
- Provide support and encouragement during the onboarding and
orientation of newly hired team members to ensure they have the
knowledge and resources to be successful in their role.
- Completes resident evaluation prior to admission and oversees
dates as needed after move-in.
- Work with the Care Coordinator(s) to ensure residents medical
history and documentation is completed prior to admission.
- Complete rounds throughout the day to ensure resident and staff
are being treated with dignity and respect.
- Work with the Care Coordinators to ensure pertinent information
is being shared with all team members, medical providers and
families as needed.
- Coordinate resident care conference to ensure outcomes are
achieved, including state paperwork compliance and to ensure fee
schedules are consistent with the level of care being
provided.
- Implement audit schedule to identify trends and to ensure
compliance and safety standards are being met in the following
areas:
- Clinical records
- ADL schedules
- Medication administration records and physicians' orders
- Medical equipment and adaptive devices
- Call light response times to ensure resident care services are
being delivered timely
- Safety records and drills
- Corrective action plans
- Conduct investigations and respond to escalated concerns as
needed and required.
- Develop relationships with community-based referral
sources.
- Conduct tours for prospective residents and families as
needed.
- Work with the sales and marketing team as needed in the
planning and execution of community events.
- Maintain compliance with the State licensing rules and Resident
Rights.
- Develop trusted relationship with licensing consultant and
insurance providers. Implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide support to department leaders as needed to ensure
proactive performance management protocols are being implemented as
needed.
- Provide resident care, work weekends and participates in the
on-call rotation as needed.
- Work toward the continual improvement of the overall
organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.General Working ConditionsThis
position entails walking, bending, twisting, and standing for long
periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the
employee is required to communicate effectively with others, sit,
stand, walk, and use hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper,
files, and other equipment and objects. The employee is
occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. This position
requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer
screens. The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25
pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with
others. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
Occasional travel to different locations may be required. We have
