Job Description:
Our client, Industrial is seeking a Machine Operator to join
their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the
manufacturing department supporting production operations. The
ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving
skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator - 1st
shift Location: Ames, IA Pay Range: $20.00 hour Shift: Monday –
Thursday 5am-3:30 pm FRIDAY AND POSSIBLE SATURDAY OT What's the
Job? Operate production machines to produce quality products
according to build signals MUST HAVE MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE
Gather materials and set up straightforward equipment Maintain
product quality standards through visual and dimensional
inspections Record and maintain quality and traceability
information Follow safety policies, including PPE usage and
equipment safety protocols What's Needed? High School diploma or
GED or equivalent Six months of production experience Six months of
mechanical experience or equivalent Manual dexterity and good
coordination Basic reading, writing, and math skills must have
machine operator experience (needed) able to work independently as
