Customer Interaction Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Genesys Cloud Artificial Intelligence (AI )Application Programming Interfaces (API), Genesys Python (Programming Language) Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Chat Terraform ANY Backend Development language is PREFERRED : Python, Scripting language, C#., .NET, or Java Terraform / & CI/CD Pipeline experience SQL You will code and integrate development and deployment of omnichannel (Chat, IVR, Chatbot, email) You will integrate Genesys Cloud with backend systems to improve customer interaction, streamline business processes, integrating systems & business flows. MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS: *Terraform MUST KNOW Terraform : support ongoing implementation so there will no manual process. and have worked with a CI / CD pipeline for automation with scripting. * AWS & Lamba THIS IS AI experience is A PLUS: Genesys AI / Genesys CoPilot - their AI tool working with a new project that is their Genesys AI CoPilot Conversation IVR – AWS Lamba KEY WORD SEARCH: Customer Interaction Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Genesys Cloud Artificial Intelligence (AI )Application Programming Interfaces (API) Genesys Python (Programming Language) Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Chat Terraform CERTIFICATIONS are preferred but not required, they have Cert’s on the team.
