Teleradiologist Private Practice Des Moines, IA

A leading physician-owned private radiology practice in Central Iowa is seeking a Board-Certified Teleradiologist to join its growing second-shift team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collegial, stable, and highly respected private practice environment supporting a Level 1 Trauma Center and multiple hospitals across Central Iowa.

Position Highlights

• 100% Teleradiology Opportunity

• Monday Friday Schedule

• Shift Hours: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM CST

• Work Only 26 Weeks Per Year (Every Other Week Schedule)

• No Weekends

• No Holidays

Clinical Responsibilities
Interpret a broad range of imaging studies including:

• X-rays

• CT scans

• MRI

• Ultrasound

• CTA perfusion and stroke workups

Additional responsibilities include:

• Providing timely and accurate diagnostic reports

• Collaborating with referring physicians and healthcare teams

• Participating in quality improvement and peer review initiatives

• Maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Completed Radiology Residency

• Board Certified in Radiology

• Iowa medical license or eligibility required

• Emergency radiology experience preferred

• Strong PACS/RIS proficiency preferred
