Vituity, a leader in healthcare management services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic anesthesiology team. As a CRNA under Vituity, you will work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals to deliver high-quality anesthesia services across a variety of surgical procedures and patient populations. Administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care in collaboration with healthcare teams. Perform pre-anesthetic screenings, including clinical evaluations and patient histories to identify anesthesia risks. Develop and implement anesthesia care plans. Monitor, interpret, and record patient data before, during, and after anesthesia. Adjust anesthesia levels during procedures as necessary. Ensure the safe recovery of patients from anesthesia. Maintain accurate, comprehensive medical records. Educate patients and families about preoperative and postoperative care relating to anesthesia. Proficient in various types of anesthesia techniques and equipment. Excellent assessment and clinical decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure situations. Knowledge of current pharmaceuticals and anesthetic drugs.
