collaboration with healthcare teams. Perform pre-anesthetic
evaluations and preparations, recommend appropriate anesthesia, and
obtain informed consent. Monitor and manage patient reactions and
complications during and after surgery. Record patient medical
histories and monitor vital signs during procedures. Work with a
team of healthcare practitioners to optimize anesthesia safety
procedures and protocols. Participate in audits and continuous
improvement initiatives to enhance safety and efficiency in
anesthesia care. Proficient in various types of anesthesia
administration and pain relief techniques. Strong understanding of
pharmacology, especially as it relates to anesthetics and
adjunctive drugs. Excellent communication skills for interfacing
with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, essential for
managing any emergencies that might arise. Medical Insurance Dental
