Overview We currently have a client in Des Moines, IA looking for a Travel Infusion Therapy RN Registered Nurse! Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Certified Infusion Therapy RN, who will manage the coordination of care and nursing functions of an infusion site with the practice, pharmacy. They are responsible for hospital discharge planning, referral management, and drug and supply inventories. They could interact with patients daily by instructing them of the medication and disease process, educating and administering drugs, and safely monitoring and following up as needed. Contract Assignment - 13 Weeks (Temporary) Shift: 4x10 Days Rewards: (Infusion Therapy RN ) Pay depends on location and experience.
