Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our patients and employees! * Competitive Pay * Comprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) * Generous PTO * Incredible Team & Culture * Exciting Work Environment (Operating in 38 states & expanding) * Unlimited Career Growth Job Details Bilingual Spanish Enrollment Specialist: * Monday - Friday (8-5pm) * Bilingual Spanish Required The Enrollment Specialist will work closely with Mediciad patients and family members educating them on creative options to offset their out of pocket costs, collect neccessary information to confirm eligibility, review coverage and costs, etc. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree preferred * Prefer 3-5 years patient-facing work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting * Experience with hospital registration, admissions, medicaid eligibility, financial counseling or related experience preferred * Strong customer service skills * Exceptional interpersonal skills both written and verbal * Persuasive communicator, ability to build quick rapport with patients and family members * Sales experience -or- experience working in a metric driven role with incentives Interested in hearing more?
