Responsibilities Outpatient Therapist/Outpatient Coordinator Horizon Health, one of the nation's leading behavioral health management companies, is looking for a full-time outpatient therapist to provide therapy services and coordinate care in an outpatient behavioral health clinic. Work responsibilities include skilled interviewing of psychiatric patients; psychosocial assessment; group psychotherapy, individual therapy and family therapy. The successful candidate must be able to work well within a multidisciplinary team; provide aftercare coordination and the develop highly individualized patient focused, trauma sensitive treatment plans. Salary would be commensurate with experience. Qualifications The well qualified candidate must have completed an advanced degree, have a current IA license (LMHC, LMSW, LISW, LMFT) in a Mental Health related field and be experienced in providing group and individual psychotherapy to an adult psychiatric population. The licensure type must be accepted as an approved CMS, Medicaid and Tricare discipline for provision of Mental Health Services in an outpatient psychiatric setting.
