Akative - North American Sales ManagerAkative (), a division of
R & D Industries, Inc. (), is expanding and is announcing an
immediate opportunity to join its sales leadership team.RDI is an
award-winning technology company based in the US with sales in over
120 countries. Akative (pronounced Uh-Kate-ive) holds numerous
patents and provides industry-leading 4G/5G cellular connectivity
solutions, and has developed the iStatus network connectivity
management/monitoring platform which is used by customers and a
network of managed service providers (MSPs) across the United
States. Akative is currently working to expand our service
footprint by expanding our reseller network in the United States,
and by extending our service offerings into Canada and
Europe.Akative is seeking a full-time professional sales manager to
lead its sales team for the North American market. If you have
prior business-to-business sales management experience and can lead
and develop a team of sales associates who listen to the needs of

(Headquarters) and Ames, Iowa. This position is location-flexible
with candidates being able to work in either our Milford or Ames

Responsibilities:Build an develop a sales team; provide measurable
metrics that our team can strive towards.Be versatile to build a
sales pipeline and generate outbound sales activities.Be a master
of the CRM and enforce organization and standards to keep track of
data within the CRM. Maintain and record all sales activities and
customer information in our CRM.Manage our existing customers and
resellers, and follow through to coordinate with our operations and
support teams to deliver effective solutions.Work with customers to
provide technology solutions to improve Internet connectivity for
businesses large and small.Work with inbound sales opportunities
and perform sales activities.Be comfortable video calling, calling,
or emailing to drive new and existing customer growth via outbound
efforts to grow business-to-business sales. You should be
experienced in meeting scheduling, tools like Zoom, and helping
others stay organized and build sales pipelines.Attend tradeshows
to represent the company and our products.Be professional at all
times to both customers, prospects, and your co-workers.Coordinate
with the marketing team to energize sales, fill the sales funnel,
and stay in contact with customers and pensation:Akative''s North
American Sales Manager position will earn a strong base salary,

verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.The ability

in Microsoft Office, writing sales quotes, and experience with CRM
