Great company to work with!!Assignment Detail:Position Title: MS Dynamics 356 Consultant (Finance/ Supply chain) Location: Ames, IADuration: Full-Time (Direct Hire)Job Summary:You will be partnering with cross-functional teams both on IT and business functions to drive process automation, efficiency, scalability, and consistency to support business growth. In addition, you will also drive project prioritization, project delivery across finance initiatives delivering business value and, in the process, foster great partnerships. By partnering with key stakeholders across the finance and accounting teams, and other cross functional organizations, applying leading practices, help transform the finance and accounting business function to adopt new technologies and drive to be the best in class. This individual should possess a track record of leading an accounting system implementation to deliver results while dealing with ambiguity and be able to anticipate and manage risk and change in a highly dynamic and startup environment.Responsibilities:Work side-by-side with the finance and accounting leadership, IT, and other business partners to develop a future-state roadmap for financial systems and processesUnderstand current state finance system and business processes, identify gaps, propose improvements and evaluate solution alternativesManage, develop and enhance finance planning process and all upstream and downstream cross functional applicationsEstablish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business leadershipEstablish strong relationships within accounting, finance, IT, operations, and key business partnersContinuously evaluate and refine tools and processes to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalableActs as a liaison among finance, accounting, IT, and other cross functional BI/systems teams ensuring there is alignment, and all parties are contributing to leveraging technology to scale the businessUse data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations, drive actions, and measure successChallenge the status quo and foster shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learningCreate a team culture with a focus on continuous improvement, high automation, and ease of ability to scaleProvide leadership and guidance regarding Summit Carbon vision, strategy, and roadmapManage project prioritization processesSDLC/Agile Methodology, Deliverables and ComplianceChange Management (e.g. stakeholder assessment, communications, adoption)Risk and Issue ManagementBudget, schedule, and scope management for programsKPI development and trackingYour ExperienceSubstantial experience with Microsoft enterprise applications (Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, Power BI), and finance domain knowledgeStrong technical acumen and a deep understanding of Finance processes and BI/Application designExperience with SaaS platforms and third-party system integrationsDemonstrated effective communication and presentation skills with all levels of the organizationProven track record to successfully manage, grow, and evolve the Finance BI/Systems transformation teamsProven ability to plan, organize, and deliver projects with agreed schedules and budgetsExpert knowledge of SDLC/Agile processes and project management best practicesA proven understanding of project budget and cost tracking, including annual budgets, capital requisition processes, purchasing, invoice processing and budget reconciliationExceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneouslyCapable and confident in analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make thoughtful, practical decisionsA demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex operation and accounting challenges in finance organizationMIS of BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics5-10years of progressive management and leadership responsibility, including in-depth experience with program management in finance/IT organization5-10 years of FP&A related experience with record of strong achievement focuses on financial transformationStrong communication and influencing skills, ability to lead large scale initiatives and projects with executive managementAbility to meet timelines, prioritize business needs, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTeam player with excellent communication skills with all levels of organizationWillingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environmentSelf-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude Key Skills:10+ years of overall experienceDynamics 365 Finance and Supply ChainPower BI, ERP implementation, Azure, DevOps environment, even coming from JD Edwards are all plusSomeone who has worked in Finance, Payroll area in a companyManufacturing, chemical, environmental industry is a big plusAny experience in cloud - SAAS is a big plusExcellent communication skills - working with internal stake holders, team member, C-suiteNo Management experience or lead experience required.Benefits:Health Insurance.401KPTOAnd Much more.If you are interested, kindly apply to this job opening with your resume and contact details, we will reach you at our earliest.
