Accountant, you’ll play a critical role supporting day-to-day
accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial
records across our projects and business units. You’ll work closely
with project managers in a fast-paced, supportive environment that
values initiative and professional growth. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process journal entries and account reconciliations;
assist with month-end closings Support accounts payable and
accounts receivable, including invoice processing and payment
validation Aid in payroll processing and expense report
verification Monitor project budgets and costs; handle job cost
allocation Collaborate with project managers to ensure correct
expense coding and allocation Maintain accounting records and
documentation in compliance with company policies Contribute ideas

Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3
years of accounting experience (project-based accounting preferred)
Advanced Excel and accounting software proficiency Strong
organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Excellent
communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Skills: Job
costing or project-based accounting experience Familiarity with
contract billing or vendor management Knowledge of accounting
practices in engineering or construction sectors
