Credit and Collections Reporting AnalystThis position will provide financial analysis in support of the Credit and Collections department and management teams. They will be responsible for formatting and developing reports to track the performance of collections and any outstanding AR accounts.LocationAmes, Iowa and Yarmouth, MaineTravelNegligibleResponsibilitiesSupport the Credit and Collections team by providing and creating high value analytical support to managementMaintain and develop various reports and financial analysis as requestedSupport management in the identification of reporting trends and analyze key deficienciesWork with our vendor GetPaid to resolve any software reporting issuesInteract daily with several teams within the company: Sales, Credit and Collections, Legal, and Billing Departments.Develop value-added, relevant and accurate reporting to support management information needs (i.e., Credit and Collections scorecards) on a weekly and monthly basisProvide reporting and customer contracts to the Credit and Collection teamEffectively analyze, research and work with internal and external business partners for timely and accurate identification and reportingEscalate to management any deficiencies, problems, or concerns that might be a potential riskComplete ad hoc projects and analysis as neededPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsAbility to develop positive working relationships and to interact in a positive manner with all levels of the organizationMust feel comfortable working directly with Management and presenting data that can lead to actionable tasksWork well under pressure of deadlines and prioritize and multi-taskBachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, GPA of 3.25 or aboveKnowledge of financial concepts beyond accounting with strong analytical skillsMust have a proactive, positive attitude and be comfortable working in a fast paced, growth-oriented environmentMicrosoft Office skills, specifically advanced Excel skillsStrong attention to detail, data integrity, and accuracyDemonstrated strong process skills with a focus on continuous improvementAbility to develop presentations and summarized views of complex financial dataAbility to present data and financial information to various audiences across the companyRequisition Number:1020031Tyler Technologies is proud to be an affirmative action / equal opportunity employer.
